Lake Norman YMCA Kids Triathlon
Last Saturday we participated in the Lake Norman YMCA Kids Triathlon. Over 100 children ages 2-14 years participated by swimming, biking and running and all course levels were based on age. This was a great way for young ones to experience training, increase physical activity and just have fun! Was a great event!
