
DR. JOHN DAVIS
Dr. Davis grew up in Roanoke and graduated from Cave Spring High School. He attended Roanoke College where he was a Junior Scholar and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. Davis’ dental education was completed at the Medical College of Virginia with a DDS degree. He then was accepted into and completed the Pediatric Dental residency at the Medical College of Virginia where he was selected as the chief resident and assistant clinical professor of Pediatric Dentistry.
In 1988, Dr. Davis came home to set up practice in Roanoke. Dr. Davis is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Virginia Dental Association (VDA), the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry (SSPD), and the Roanoke Valley Dental Society where he is a past president. Dr. Davis initially wanted to be an oral surgeon, however decided to specialize in pediatrics after experiencing the honesty and trust of his young patients. An Early bird at heart, the passionate inventor has two daughters and enjoys eating chocolate and cheering for his Virginia Tech Hokies.
