We were referred here because my son had a bad experience somewhere else and he developed a fear of dentists. Because of this, they labeled him as having behavior issues when seeking treatment. When we arrived here, we were greeted by Alma and seen by Ali and Dr. Moore, who were all AMAZING. My son was scheduled for an oral surgery and is actually excited to be seen. They have an amazing bedside manner which seems to be in short supply these days, so we really appreciate them and all that they do.

I have children ages two to 11 who have been seen in the last two and a half weeks, and they all had amazing experiences. Ms. Ali is AWESOME and she gave my two-year-old twins a seamless experience, which was beyond important because this was their first visit to the dentist! My 11-year-old had four baby teeth pulled and hasn’t complained a bit since. She finally has relief! We love it here!

When I think of going to the dentist's office, I don’t think of them as making my day! This was our first time there and I walked into the office and immediately fell in love with the kid-friendly, welcoming place. My three-year-old was seen by Ali (our wonderful dental assistant) and Dr. Hwang. With their amazing team, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is diligent and goes above and beyond in their care. I am so happy that I found Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry!

I had an appointment for my son and when I called, they were pretty quick with appointments. When we got in, the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. They took great care of my eight-year-old. They took their time to service him in his cleaning and exam. Definitely recommended for the kiddos.

This was my first time I sent my kid to this dental office and I must say I loved it. The staff was SUPER nice. I was nervous about my one-year-old son going to the dentist, but they were extra friendly! The wait time was excellent. My son started to cry a little and they made sure he was comfortable. They even gave him a little red ball to keep, and once we checked out, they gave him a cute little t-shirt. Two thumbs up from me.

My daughter has a speech delay and the staff is very knowledgeable of her needs. The front staff, Doctors, and Dental Assistants do an amazing job communicating with her. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time!

Everyone was very friendly and my three-year-old and five-year-old had a great first experience. Usually I would have to assist with my babies because they get very nervous and scared, but the staff made it easy and comfortable for my children to trust them. The most friendly group of people I've met in a long time! They were also very patient when trying to get x-rays of my special needs son. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dr. Moore explained everything thoroughly.
