Dear patients, families and friends of Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry,
We feel that our most important responsibility as pediatric dental leaders is to protect the overall health of our patients, families and the community. After careful consideration of recent guidelines released by the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Board and in order to do our part in stopping the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to close all locations starting March 19, 2020. Please understand that this decision was not an easy one as we know many families will be affected in the next couple of weeks.
We will be deferring all routine dental care and providing emergency and non-elective care only on a limited schedule until March 31, 2020. We sincerely hope to reopen our doors on April 1, 2020. If there be any changes to this date due to the ever-evolving changes with COVID-19, we will of course communicate that with you. If you are experiencing a dental emergency during this time, please call us at 704-377-3687. Our Call Center will be operational during these two weeks and, as always, we will have after hours emergency phone coverage.
